On Thursday at 2:25 pm, The Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Jeremy R Thorpe, age 18 of State Route 336,Waterloo and a 15 year old female who’s name is being held due to her age for Petit Larceny.Thorpe and the female are accused of stealing a cell phone valued at $60 from the Waterloo Recreation Center on January 31, 2014.Thorpe was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Village Court at a later date. Due to age, the female was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before the Seneca County Probation Department at later date.
