On February 6th, 2014 at 9:30am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Matthew J. Shutter, age 21, of 2022 Balsley Road Apt. 124 Seneca Falls, NY for two counts of Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Shutter stole cigarettes and electronic equipment from WalMart in January. Shutter was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court before the Honorable Judge Laquidari on February 10th, 2014 at 6:00pm. On February 6th, 2014 at 12:00pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tiffany L. Manino, age 28, of 2003 County Road 135A Romulus, NY on a Violation of Probation warrant. Manino was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafer and committed to the SCCF on no bail. Manino is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 6th, 2014 at 6:00pm.
