The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Saturday at approximately 2:20 am Sheriff Deputies arrested Christina M Evans, age 21 of North Road in Waterloo for two counts of Assault 2nd, a Class D Felony and one count Menacing 2nd, a Class A Misdemeanor.The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred on January 30, 2014 in the Town of Varick where it is alleged that Evans engaged in a physical altercation with two Varick residents, causing injury to both the victims.Evans was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where she was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash, $3,000 secured bond. Evans is scheduled to reappear on February 4, 2014.
