DWI charge after traffic stop in Seneca Falls

On 01/28/2014 at approximately 10:25 PM, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Terry L. Wilson, age 55, of Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls. Wilson was stopped by police on a traffic stop as a result of officers observing Wilson operating a motor vehicle without operable tail lights. During the investigation, officers administered field sobriety tests on Wilson which he allegedly failed.Wilson was transported back to the police department where he then voluntarily gave a breath sample of 0.15% blood alcohol content. Wilson was then charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle without operable tail lamps, DWI and Operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08%.Wilson was released on UTT’s and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on Monday, 02/03/2014 at 6:00PM to answer his charges.
