Wolcott teens charged after beating man in Junius

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Monday at 3:30 pm, Deputies arrested Dakota M. Hanson, age 18 of Ridge Road in Wolcott and Jordan E. LaRue, age 17 of Maplewood Dr. in Wolcott. Later, at 6:50 pm, Deputies arrested Christopher M. Lindenmuth, age 17 of W. Main St. in Wolcott. All three were charged with Harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that on the 24th of January, Lindenmuth, Hanson and LaRue were involved in a dispute with a male at a Town of Junius Business, where it is alleged that Hanson and LaRue while working in concert with others subjected a male Town of Phelps resident to physical contact consisting of punching and/or kicking.Hanson, Lindenmuth and LaRue were presented Appearance Tickets to appear before the Town of Junius Court on February 17th, 2014 at 7:00 PM.
