On January 26th, 2014 at about 8:00pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian K. Wray, age 40, of 25 Peterman Road Seneca Falls, NY on two separate warrants. The warrants stem from a DWI and Harassment charges where Wray failed to pay his fines. Wray was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafler where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500.00 cash or $3000.00 Bond. Wray is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/12/2014 at 9:00 am. On January 26th, 2014 at about 10:15pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department with assistance from the New York State Police arrested Christopher J. Gould, age 22, of 350 Waterloo Geneva Road, Waterloo NY. Gould was arrested for issuing a bad check to a business in the Town of Seneca Falls in the amount of $64.08. Gould was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Lafler where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash or $500.00 bond. Gould is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/12/2014 at 9:00am. On January 27th, 2014 at about 12:30am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department with assistance from the Geneva Police Department arrested Heather M. Valder, age 21, of 56 Herbert Street, Geneva. Valder was arrested after a warrant was issued for harassment in the second degree, the incident was originally in November of 2013 outside of a business in the Town of Seneca Falls. Valder was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Laquidari where she was released on her own recognizance. Valder is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 02/06/2014 at 6:00pm.
