On Saturday about 4:15 pm, The Waterloo Police Department arrested Jamie W. Rodgers, age 40 of 2921 Pilgrim Port Road in Lyons, for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree following a domestic incident at a residence in the village.It is alleged Rodgers had a physical altercation with his 13 year old son.Rodgers was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released. He is scheduled to appear at a later date to answer to the charges.
