The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 16th at 4pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 40 year old Gene E. Howe of Clyde N.Y. on a family court warrant issued out of the Seneca County Family Court. Howe was arraigned in the Town of Fayette court where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2,500cash bail-$5,000 bond.
