On Saturday at about 4:48 am, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Daniel A. Streitz, Jr., age 34 of West Main Street in Waterloo, following the report of a physical altercation and order of protection violation. Streitz was charged with Criminal Contempt in the first degree and Harassment in the second degree.Streitz was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance and is set to reappear before the court on 2/5/14.
