On January 13th, 2014 at about 11:42 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to 2375 State Route 414 apt 1 in the Town of Seneca Falls for a report of a disturbance. During the investigation officers learned that one of the subjects in the apartment was 18 years old and had been consuming alcohol. Officers Arrested the following subjects in relation to the disturbance:-Carrie A Austin, age 23 of 2375 State Route 414 Apt 1, Seneca Falls. Austin was charged with Unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, a misdemeanor. Austin was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/30/2014 at 10:00 am to answer the charges. -Corin E Saunders, age 18 of 5100 State Route 96A, Romulus. Saunders was charged with Unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage with the intent to consume by persons under the age of twenty-one years. Saunders was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/30/2014 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.-Jacob M Dixon, age 22 of 2551 Brewer Road, Waterloo. Dixon was charged with Unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, a misdemeanor and resisting arrest also a misdemeanor. Dixon was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Lafler. Dixon was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. Dixon is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/22/2014 at 9:00 am. The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
