On January 19th, 2014 at around 6:47 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ann E. Ward, age 30, of 102 Ullman Street, Buffalo, NY 14207 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operations in the third degree. The arrest stems from a report of a vehicle in the ditch on State Route 414 North. Ward was issued UTT’s for AUO 3rd, failure to change address and for driving on a restricted license. Ward was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court by the Honorable Judge Laquidari where she was ROR’d. Ward is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on February 6th, 2014 at 6 pm.On January 19th, 2014 at around 3:39 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher J. Freeman, age 26, of 4345 Shortville Road, Shortsville, NY 14548 on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Freeman was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court by the Honorable Judge Laquidari and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail or $1,000 Ins. bond. Freeman is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on February 6th, 2014 at 6 pm.
