Seneca Falls man stabs mattress during domestic

On Sunday at approximately 1:52 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian C. Carver, age 33 of Fall Street in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Menacing.Carver is accused of damaging property belonging to a female resident during a domestic dispute with a kitchen knife. Carver also placed the female victim in fear of her life after using the kitchen knife to stab a mattress the victim was laying on.Carver was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Honorable Judge Laquidari and committed to SCCF on $2000 Cash/$4000 Bond will reappear in court on 02/06/14 to answer the charges. No injuries were reported.
