In their first meeting as members of the ACC, Syracuse defeated Pittsburgh 59-54. Freshman Tyler Ennis was fantastic for the Orange, finishing with 16 points and 3 assists. C.J. Fair added 13 points and 6 rebounds for Syracuse. Lamar Patterson finished with 18 points for Pitt in the loss.
