On Friday, at about 8:00 pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Ray L. Munger, age 25 of Gilbert Mills Road in Fulton, for petit larceny. It is alleged that on September 15th, 2013, Munger went to the Community Car Care (363 East Main Street) after the business was closed and stole a carbon fiber hood from a vehicle on the property.The estimated cost of the hood is about $650.00.Munger was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear at a later date to answer to the charge.
