A local non-profit organization, Spirit of Schuyler, will host the annual Wine & Spirit event on January 25, from 4:00-8:00PM at J.R. Dill Winery, State Route 414 in Burdett. The event features free wine tastings and a free wine glass, live music, raffles, and food.Advance sale tickets may be purchased at online at www.spiritofschuyler.org for $10 each or $15 per couple; tickets are $10 each at the door. Tickets holders will be entered in a drawing to win a free mixed case of J.R. Dill wine. All ticket sale proceeds, in addition to one third of all wine sales during the event, will benefit Spirit of Schuyler. Spirit of Schuyler is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and expanding meaningful opportunities for Schuyler County residents in times of need. The organization focuses on providing emergency financial assistance to residents who fight for their financial independence, support themselves and their families, and are self-sustaining until unforeseen circumstances occur.
