On 01-13-2014 Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Eric H Gonzalez, age 17 of 4887 ST RT 96a Romulus NY, 14541 for a bench warrant issued from the Town of Varick Court. The warrant was related to an incident where it is alleged that Gonzalez struck a Town of Varick juvenile causing injury. Gonzalez was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secured bond. Gonzalez is due to appear back in the Town of Varick Court on 01-22-14 at 7:00pm to answer for the warrant.
