The Seneca County Sheriff reports that on 01-14-14 at 0801 hrs deputies arrested Richard L. Mac Cheyne Jr 29 of Rt. 96 Romulus NY. The arrest is a result of two warrants that were active for Mac Cheyne. The first a bench warrant from the Town of Fayette Court where he was arraigned and committed on $100.00 cash or $200.00 secured bond and is to reappear 02-05-14 for further court action. The second an arrest warrant from the Seneca County Family court where he was committed on $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 secured bond and is to appear before family court 01-16-14 to answer charges.
