On January 13, 2013 at 4:04pm Seneca Falls PD arrested Kurtis A. Freeman, age 21, of Geneva NY. Freeman was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine on a prior DWI charge. Freeman was arrested as he was being released from the Monroe County Correctional Facility. Freeman was transported back to the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of the Honorable Laquidari and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. Freeman is to reappear on February 6, 2014 at 6:00pm.
