On Thursday, January 9 at 11:50 am, The Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Tammy L. Ticer, age 42 of Chapel Street in Seneca Falls for Petit Larceny. Ticer is accused of stealing a purse valued at $80 from a local business on December 12, 2013. Ticer was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Village Court on January 22, 2014.
