Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators along with the Sheriff’s Road Patrol arrested Chad G. Pardee, age 41, of 275 Evans Street in Williamsville, NY on January 4th in the Town of Tyre on one count of criminal possession of stolen property 3rd, a class D felony and one count of possession of a forged instrument 2nd, a class D felony and one count of forgery 2nd, a class D felony. The charges stem from Pardee being in possession of a vehicle that was stolen in the City of Syracuse on December 25th 2013, and also Pardee creating a fictitious Syracuse Police Department incident report to officers.Pardee was arraigned in the Town of Tyre court where he was comitted to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bail bond.
