Geneva teacher passes away unexpectedly

The following release was received this afternoon from the Geneva Central School District superintendent regarding the passing of a middle school teacher earlier this week…From the Geneva CSD:It is with great sadness that I inform you that one of our teachers, Denise Breedlove, passed away unexpectedly earlier this week. Denise taught French at Geneva Middle School. Plans are in place to assist our students and staff as we navigate the difficult days ahead, and the district will do everything in its power to ensure that supports are readily available to all who need them.Our thoughts and prayers are with Denise’s family and friends. As I am sure you understand, we must respect their need for privacy in the midst of this tragedy. Copied below is a message her family asked us to include.
