On Saturday at 2:30 pm Seneca Sheriff’s deputies investigated a two car person injury accident that occurred at the intersection of Route 5 and Route 96A in the Town of Waterloo.A vehicle driven by Troy E. Corsner, age 45, a Mynderse Academy graduate who now resides in Reidsville, North Carolina, was entering the intersection from 96A when it collided with a eastbound vehicle that failed to stop for a red light.That vehicle was driven by Ethel M. Brown, age 48 of Elm Street in Penn Yan. A passenger in Brown’s vehicle Harriet Brown, age 73 of Montezuma, complained of pain in her ribs and was transported to Geneva General hospital by North Seneca Ambulance for treatment.Brown was issued a ticket for failure to stop for a red light and Corsner was issued a ticket for driving on a suspended license.
