The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 28th, at 02:36 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ann M Matheson, age 44, of N. Hoopes Ave. in Auburn, on Waterloo–Geneva Rd. in the Town of Waterloo.It is alleged that Matheson was parked alongside the roadway without lights on, when Sheriff Deputies stopped to check on the vehicle it was discovered that Matheson struck a curb causing a flat tire to the vehicle.Matheson was charged with DWI, and DWI with a BAC of .08% or more and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Folk on January 23rd, 2014 to answer the charges.
