Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 07:54 PM Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Conrad L. Fredrick of Main St. in Interlaken for Harassment in the 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.It is alleged that Fredrick was in a domestic dispute on December 8, 2013 with an Interlaken Village resident.Fredrick was arraigned at the Town of Ovid Court in front of Justice Van Cleef and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secure bond. A Class A order of protection was issued for the Interlaken Village Resident. Fredrick is to reappear in the Town of Covert court on January 6, 2014 at 10:00 am .
