The Seneca County Sheriff reports that investigators arrested Guy C. McIntyre, age 59 of Waterloo. McIntyre was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.McIntyre was arrested in August of 2012 for endangering the welfare of a child and an order of protection was issued directing McIntyre to stay away from the 14 year old female victim.Investigators allege that McIntyre attended an after school event at the victim’s school in violation of the court order. McIntyre was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and was released on his own recognizance. McIntyre is to re- appear before the Waterloo Village Court on February 5, 2014 to answer the charge.
