Winter weather is causing significant delays throughout the TCAT system this morning, Tues., Dec. 17.Passengers are asked to dress accordingly, and to be at their bus stops on time as delays are sporadic and not all routes are impacted.TCAT’s operations team is monitoring weather conditions and will issue reports as they become available.
