On Monday morning at 10:14 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dwayne WC. Hardy, age 21, of Chapel Street in Seneca Falls, on a warrant for Harassment in the 2nd degree issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court.It is alleged that Hardy pushed a female to the ground during a argument at a local Town of Seneca Falls business.Hardy was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was RoR’D. Hardy is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in January.
