On Monday at 6:16 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Rebecca L. Rice, age 31, of State Route 414 in Hector, on a warrant for Fail to pay fine, issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court.Rice was originally charged with Aggravated Harassment by Town of Seneca Falls Police. Rice was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court, where she was remanded to the SCCF on $250.00 bail or $500.00 insurance bond.Rice is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 18th, 2013 at 9:00am
