On Thursday morning at 3:35 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Albert J. Burton III, age 20, of Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.It is alleged that during a domestic incident Burton pushed a female resident who was holding a 12 day old baby in her arms.Burton was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000 bail or $2000 secured bond. Burton is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/18/13.
