On Monday evening at 10:39 pm, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Clarence Hall III, age 28 of Hammondsport, after police received a report of an altercation at the Keuka Restaurant in Penn Yan.Hall was located driving a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle involved in the reported incident. When stopped by police, it was determined that Hall had not only been involved in the incident, but was also in an intoxicated condition.Hall was placed through field sobriety tests and taken from a breath alcohol test resulting in a BAC of .14.He was charged with DWI, improper signal, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and issued tickets to appear in Village Court.
