The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Saturday at approximately 1:00 am Sheriff Deputies arrested Malvin J Ashford, age 37 of Rochester, and Sharif D Parker, age 26 of Geneva for one count each of Disorderly Conduct.It is alleged that Ashford and Parker engaged in a physical altercation while at a Town of Waterloo business.They were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear at the Waterloo Town Court on January 23, 2014 to answer the charge.
