The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 8th at 5:53pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 47year old Robert P. Avery Jr. of Locust Street, Waterloo N.Y. for DWI.The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 5&20 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Avery was stopped for speeding and Failure to keep right. Upon further investigation, Avery was charged with DWI including operating a motor vehicle with .08%bac or greater. Avery was released and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court on the 19th of December 2013 at 10:00am. SM128
