Waterloo police arrested Kimberly M. Delair, age 26 of E. Elisha Street in Waterloo, on charges of Falsifying Business Records in the 1st degree and Petit Larceny.She is accused of altering transactions at her place of employment which were allowing customers to leave with unpaid items, and taking cash from her employer.She was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Waterloo Village Court.
