The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Sunday at approximately 10:00 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Robert J Lavancher, age 45 of Ovid, for Harassment 2nd degree.It is alleged that Lavancher subjected a female Ovid resident to unwanted physical contact. Lavancher was arraigned at the Romulus Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance.He is scheduled to appear at the Ovid Town Court on December 10, 2013. A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
