After not fielding a team last season, the Marion boys basketball team returned to action and won their first game of the year, defeating Romulus 62-35 in Marion on Saturday night.Connor Crego scored 28 points to lead all scorers while his brother Preston Crego scored 15 for Marion.For Romulus, Logan Davis led the way with 12 points and 6 rebounds.Marion is 1-0 on the new season while Romulus falls to 0-2.FingerLakes1.com Sports will be in Romulus on Wednesday night as the Dundee Scots come to town.
