Seneca Falls Police arrested Jessie C. Bowdoin, age 37, of Amherst Road in Waterloo, on November 26th, 2013 at about 6:50 pm for Petit Larceny.Bowdoin allegedly stole $37.68 worth of merchandise from a Town business. Bowdoin was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 5th, 2013 at 10am.
