On Sunday at about. 9:52 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael J. Sabansky, age 34, of State Route 31 in East Clyde, NY.Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to use a turn signal, where police then learned that Sabansky was the driver. Further in the investigation officers learned that Sabansky was operating the motor vehicle with a revoked NY State Drivers License.Sabansky was issued two UTT’s for Failure to Use Directional Signal and AUO 2nd.Sabansky was released and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 12, 2013 at 10:00AM.
