On 11-19-13 at 12:10 pm Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested William G. Powell Jr age 21 of 50 Border City Rd. Geneva, NY on an arrest warrant from Seneca County Family Court. Powell was arraigned in the Town Of Fayette Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash or $5000 bond bail. He is to return to Family Court on November 25, 2013 to answer to the charge.
