SFPD finds half-pound of pot during traffic stop

Seneca Falls Police arrested three males following an 8:50 pm traffic stop on Bridge Street on Friday evening when they found a half-pound of marijuana after stopping a vehicle driven by Colton R. Price, age 18 of Whiskey Hill Road Waterloo, for an inspection violation.During the course of the stop/investigation police located a set of Metal Knuckles and over one half pound of Marijuana inside the vehicle. A member of the Seneca County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit assisted police in locating the marijuana.Seneca Falls Police DepartmentPrice was charged with the inspection violation and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree. Pablo O. Carrasquillo, age 20 of State Route 318 in Phelps, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Third Degree (Felony).Paul R. Sturiale, age 24 of State Route 318 in Phelps, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.All three were arraigned in Town of Fayette Court by the Hon. Joseph Sapio and will reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court. Price was ROR’d to reappear on 11/27/13 at 9:00 am. Carrasquillo was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond and is to reappear on 11/19/13 at 3:30 pm. Sturiale was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond and is to reappear on 11/27/13 at 9:00 am.
