November 16, 2013 Seneca Falls Police Arrested Brian E. Brown, age 24, of 1984 Gravel Road Seneca Falls on two warrants for fail to pay surcharge to Seneca Falls Town Court. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and ROR’d. Brown is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/20/2013 to answer to the charges. On the 17th of November 2013 at around 1:07am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shawn M Butler, age 25, of 28 Stark Street Waterloo, NY for Felony DWI and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation First Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on E Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Butler was operating a vehicle with switched plates and an expired inspection sticker. Butler was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000.00 cash $4,000.00 bond. Butler is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/21/2013 at 10:00 am. On the 17th of November 2013 at around 1:07am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Devin J. Wheeler, age 17 of 35 Wycliffe Rd Waterloo NY for Unlawful possession of Marijuana and for Possessing Alcohol under the age of 21 with intent to consume. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on E Bayard St in the Town of Seneca Falls. Wheeler was observed having alcohol and marijuana in his possession. Wheeler is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 5th of December 2013 at 10:00am.On the 16th of November 2013 around 9:28pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Alexandra L. Richardson, age 21, of 1966 Townline Rd Geneva NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on River Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls. After officers conducting an investigation they found Richardson to be in possession of Marijuana and a drug paraphernalia. Richardson was also issued traffic tickets as well and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 5th of December 2013 at 10:00am.
