The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 17th, 2013 at 02:02am, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Patricia A Damato, age 57, of Hoag St Seneca Falls, on State Route 414 in the Town of Fayette.Damato was charged with Driving while intoxicated, Driving while operating with a BAC of .08% or more, Uninspected motor vehicle, and Displaying a forged inspection certificate and is to appear before the Town of Fayette on December 18th, 2013 to answer the charges.
