AUO arrests in Seneca Falls on Sunday – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On November 17th, 2013 at approximately 9:50pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Jorge M. Garcia, age 55, of 178 Burgess Ave, E. Providence, RI for Operating a MV while using Cell Phone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV in the 3rd Degree. It was determined Garcia was operating on a suspended Rhode Island license. He was released on traffic tickets to appear November 21st, 2013 at 10am.On November 17th, 2013 at approximately 10:10pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Robert L. Breeze, age 31, of 161 W. Bayard St., apt 33, Seneca Falls following a traffic stop on W. Bayard Street. It was determined that Breeze was operating a MV with a Suspended Registration while holding a Suspended drivers license. Breeze was issued traffic tickets and is to appear on December 5th, 2013 to answer the charges.
