On November 12th at 11:48 am, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Edward A. Leonard, age 50, of Clinton Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Police charged Leonard with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling under New York State Environmental Conservation Law.It is alleged that Leonard discharged a firearm at his home back in September of 2013. Leonard was issued an appearance ticket for a Seneca Falls Town Court appearance date of 12.11.2013 @ 10:00 am.
