The Waterloo Police Department arrested Mark E. Plate age 26 of 329 East Main Street Waterloo, for Criminal Contempt in the first degree and Harassment in the second degree.It is alleged that Plate was involved in a physical domestic in the Village of Waterloo with a female person that currently holds a Stay Away Order of Protection against him.Plate was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court before Judge Sapio where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $2000 secured bond. A future court date of November 19, 2013 was set for Plate to answer the charges.
