On November 7th, 2013 around 3:22am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Vincent W. Parker, age 44, of Route 34 Cato, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occurred on State Route 89 in the Town of Seneca Falls around 3:08am. Parker was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls on November 21st, at 10:00am.On November 6th, 2013 around 7:51pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Bradley A. Buechel, age 48, of Gilbert Dr. Rochester, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on Bridge Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Buechel’s was operating a motorcycle which was observed running a stop sign at the intersection of Water Street and Bridge Street. Police learned that Buechel was operating with a suspended license. Buechel was issued UTT’s for Failing to Stop at a stop sign and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 21st, 2013 at 10:00am.
