Seneca County Sheriff Jack S. Stenberg and Seneca County District Attorney Barry Porsch announce that earlier this afternoon Karl Karlsen appeared in Seneca County Court with his attorney before Seneca County Court Judge Dennis Bender and pled guilty to Murder in the Second Degree, the top count in a Seneca County Grand Jury Indictment.Sentencing has been scheduled for December 16, 2013 in Seneca County Court.A news conference has been scheduled for 9:30 am, Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, 6150 State Route 96, Romulus, New York.No additional information will be released pending tomorrow morning’s new conference.
