On Friday evening at around 10:53 pm, while on a traffic stop, Seneca Falls Police charged Zakary “Zachary” R. Pentycofe, age 20 of Ellistown Road in Waverly, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.During the traffic stop it was learned that Pentycofe was wanted out of the State of Pennsylvania for Statutory Sexual Assault (Felony).Pentycofe was arraigned in the Town of Varick Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility awaiting extradition.
