On October 22nd, 2013 at 7:46pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Scott A. Jones, age 44, of 794 Dublin Road Clyde, New York 14433 for Harassment 2nd. This arrest resulted from a complaint of a fight at a local business in which Jones is alleged to have pushed another male. Jones was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 31st, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charge.On October 24th, 2013 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeffery G Nielsen Jr, age 24, of 4348 State Route 96a, Geneva, NY 14456 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on State Route 414 around 5:00 pm in the Town of Seneca Falls. Nielsen was issued UTTS and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 31st, 2013 at 10:00am On October 23rd, 2013 the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John R Kingman, age 44, of 192 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. Kingman allegedly stole a credit card and used the credit card to withdraw money from an ATM. Kingman was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bond. Kingman is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/25/2013 at 3:30 pm.On October 22nd, 2013 at around 11:08am, Town of Seneca Falls Police, Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance responded to 2500 Mound Road for a personal injury motor vehicle accident. A motor vehicle operated by George Hunt of Ovid, New York attempted to cross State Route 414 from the Tops Plaza to McDonalds striking another motor vehicle operated by Joshua R. Patchen of 5854 State Route 96, Romulus, NY 14541. Hunt was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. Patchen was uninjured in the crash.
