The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John R. Kingman, age 44, of Ovid Street in Seneca Falls for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree.Kingman allegedly stole a credit card and used the credit card to withdraw money from an ATM.The arrest took place on October 23, 2013.Kingman was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bond. Kingman is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court.
