On October 14th, 2013 at 1:34am, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Julie A. Price, age 44, of 3474 Woodworth Road Geneva, New York 14456 on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Price was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Price is to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 13th, 2013 at 10:00am for her next hearing.On October 17th, 2013 at 8:56pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Russell R. Moll, age 44, of 6579 State Route 90N Cayuga, New York 13034 for Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol, and Failure to Dim Lights. This arrested resulted from a traffic complaint by a concerned citizen of a vehicle all over the roadway failing to dim their high beams for oncoming traffic. Moll was released on tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 24th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.On October 17th, 2013 at 3:47pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Fern E. Batson-Cronin, age 39, of 190 1/2 Fall Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148 on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Batson-Cronin was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 bail and is to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 27th, 2013 at 11:00am for her next hearing.
